Privacy notice
Last updated: 28 July 2026
This notice explains how Datta handles the personal data you choose to share on this site. Today the site is an expectation page. The only personal data we collect is what you submit through its forms: your email, and optionally your name and a message.
Who is responsible
Datta is the data controller for the early access list and for messages sent through the contact form. You can reach us about privacy using that form.
What we collect and why
We collect the email address you enter, an optional name and message, and the date you wrote. We use it for a single purpose: to answer you, and to tell you when Datta opens. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
Who processes it
Postmark delivers our email. The site and the form endpoint run on servers Datta operates directly, not on a managed hosting platform. Traffic is measured with self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami) that do not identify you. Each processor handles data under data processing terms.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies or any tracking that identifies you across sites.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until Datta launches or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. After that we delete them from the list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, write to us through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
