What is Datta?

Datta gives people and companies a brain of their own: context they keep, can verify, and share with permission. AI works with that memory instead of starting over in every conversation. Individuals start with personal context; businesses start with knowledge, decisions, and digital employees.

Read the source
What problem does it solve?

Information is scattered across documents, conversations, and tools. The reasons behind decisions disappear, old versions keep circulating, and each AI sees only part of the picture. Datta preserves context with provenance and permissions so it can be consulted and used again.

Read the source
Is this another chatbot?

Chat is one way to interact with Datta. The value is context that persists across conversations and models, with provenance, validity, and permissions. A model can change; your memory should not depend on it.

Read the source
How is it different from file storage?

Storage preserves a document. Datta also aims to preserve its meaning, the decision it contains, why it is still valid, and who can use it. The file remains a source; keeping it alone does not preserve a company’s judgment.

Read the source
Is it a payment wallet or password manager?

No. Datta’s vault organizes context, identity, and documents under permissions. It is not presented as a bank account, payment wallet, or replacement for your password manager.

Read the source
Is it for people or businesses?

Both, with different experiences. An individual keeps personal context and connects it to AI. A company preserves shared knowledge and governs what people and agents can consult or do. An employee’s personal account remains their own.

Read the source
Is everything shown on the website available today?

The website includes illustrative journeys and the product direction. Individuals enter through early access in waves; businesses begin with a demo and an agreed scope. Features marked as in development should not be treated as available. The security page distinguishes these states.

Read the source
How does it help me day to day?

It lets AI work with your priorities, decisions, and documents, with permission, without making you explain your situation again. Examples include preparing for a conversation, finding a previous decision, or organizing what matters for a goal. Its usefulness depends on the context you have added.

Read the source
Do I need to organize my whole life first?

No. Start with something useful: a priority, a decision, or a document you want to consult later. Datta is designed to help structure that context through conversation, without requiring you to build a database before getting value.

Read the source
What counts as personal context?

Your goals, priorities, decisions, and relevant documents. The vision includes areas such as education, home, work, and family. You do not have to share everything: sensitive information needs special care, and category availability is confirmed during early access.

Read the source
Does a new chat lose what we learned?

Context saved to Datta belongs to your vault, not to an isolated conversation. An authorized assistant can consult it later. This does not mean Datta automatically imports the entire history of every AI service.

Read the source
Must my bank or university already use Datta?

You do not need to wait for your whole network to integrate before building context. You can contribute your own information. A personal statement, a fact extracted from a document, and confirmation by an institution do not have the same verification level.

Read the source
Can you give concrete examples for individuals?

Prepare for a meeting using past decisions; ask what to focus on this week given your priorities; recover why you chose something; or connect another AI without rebuilding your context. These are use cases, not promises that Datta acts without review or knows information you never supplied.

Read the source
Where do I use Datta?

The experience includes a mobile app, desktop console, and AI connections through MCP. The website presents the product and accepts access requests. Early-access invitations include instructions for available surfaces; website animations are not a signed-in app session.

Read the source
Can my employer see my personal vault?

A business account does not make its members’ personal vaults company property. Organizational knowledge and personal context have different boundaries. Sharing requires an applicable permission; team membership does not grant blanket access.

Read the source
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with Datta?

Datta uses MCP so compatible assistants can consult your context with permission. Connection is part of early access. Actual availability also depends on the client, its plan, and its capabilities; naming a provider does not imply a commercial partnership.

Read the source
What is MCP in plain language?

It is a standard for connecting AI to external tools and information sources. In Datta it is used to request authorized context. It does not remove permissions or make AI the owner of your information. Start with the connection instructions in your invitation.

Read the source
Do I need to pay for another AI to use Datta?

It is not a general requirement. Lite lets you bring compatible AI; paid plans add Datta’s own intelligence according to the published offer. If you connect an external tool, its subscription and terms remain separate.

Read the source
What if I switch models or providers?

Your context stays in Datta. You can authorize another compatible assistant without making that provider the owner of your memory. Specific reading and writing capabilities depend on the connection; not every model is promised to work identically.

Read the source
Can AI change my data?

Only within the capabilities and permissions you grant. The published journey includes proposing a decision or new fact, your confirmation, and a record of the change. Permission to read a category is not unlimited permission to write or execute actions.

Read the source
Does Datta eliminate AI hallucinations?

It cannot guarantee that a model will never be wrong. Datta provides context with provenance, validity, and boundaries, and helps identify missing or conflicting information. Important decisions still require review; a convincing answer is not a substitute for evidence.

Read the source
Does Datta automatically read all my chats?

Do not assume that it does. Context depends on what you add and which connections you authorize. Datta does not promise universal access to private histories from ChatGPT, Claude, or other services.

Read the source
Is my data used to train models?

The published policy states that vault data is not used to train models, either by Datta or its providers. When connecting an external tool, also review its terms and the scope you grant; revoking access does not undo information that has already been legitimately released.

Read the source
What does a living company mean?

It preserves and uses what it learns: perceives changes, digests information, remembers, recognizes what it does not know, protects context, acts within limits, anticipates, and inherits judgment. It does not mean consciousness or automatically delegating every operation to AI.

Read the source
What common business problems does it address?

Knowledge leaves with an employee; teams use different versions of a decision; work is repeated because context is missing; and deadlines or risks are noticed too late. Datta connects sources, owners, and validity so teams can work with shared judgment.

Read the source
How do people and digital employees share a brain?

A person contributes a decision and its source. Datta connects it to company memory. A digital employee receives the context its role permits and prepares the next step. The company defines boundaries and required confirmations; each contribution should preserve its origin.

Read the source
What is a digital employee?

An agent that does work within a role, uses authorized context, and leaves a record. It is more than a renamed chatbot. Tasks, tools, boundaries, and availability are agreed for the business scope; an unlimited workforce ready for every task is not promised.

Read the source
What does The Librarian do?

It is the first digital employee presented by Datta: it looks after company knowledge. It detects information without provenance or needing review, requests source confirmation, and helps maintain useful memory. It should not resolve contradictions by inventing a truth.

Read the source
Does every employee see the same information?

No. Each person and agent receives context according to its role and permissions. Sharing a company brain does not mean indiscriminately sharing every document, personal detail, or confidential decision.

Read the source
Must I replace my existing systems?

The goal is to use company knowledge and connect it under rules, not to promise that any system can be replaced without work. The demo reviews sources, processes, and integrations and defines what can be included in a first stage.

Read the source
Does it integrate with my CRM, ERP, email, or documents?

It depends on the system and scope. Describe the tool and what you need to consult or execute. Datta does not publish a universal integration guarantee here; the team confirms availability, permissions, and required work during the assessment.

Read the source
Must I upload all company files?

Not as a first step. Begin with a relevant process or set of decisions and their sources. The assessment identifies knowledge worth adding, what is current, and who can confirm it. File volume is not the same as memory quality.

Read the source
How long does implementation take?

There is no single published timeline. It depends on sources, data quality, permissions, integrations, and agreed scope. The demo lasts thirty minutes; that does not mean a full implementation takes thirty minutes.

Read the source
What does perceiving mean?

It receives signals from everyday work, such as documents, changes, and decisions, through enabled sources. It does not mean listening to every conversation or automatically monitoring every employee. Inputs need provenance and permissions.

Read the source
What does digesting information mean?

It moves beyond keeping files to understanding what they contribute: facts, decisions, owners, and relationships. If sources conflict, the difference needs resolution and evidence; storing both and treating both as current is not enough.

Read the source
What does remembering mean?

It can recover a decision with its context, provenance, and version, even after it is no longer current. That distinguishes what was known then from what applies today. Memory depends on information actually added.

Read the source
What happens when it does not know?

It should identify missing information and request the right source or confirmation rather than fill the gap with an assumption. An acknowledged incomplete answer is more useful than invented certainty.

Read the source
What is the protective barrier?

It explains the brain’s input and output boundaries: which context belongs, who can use it, and what requires authorization. The website animation is a visual metaphor; actual protection is explained through permissions, encryption, and records on the Security page.

Read the source
Does acting only mean sending email?

No. It can include preparing proposals, reports, tasks, follow-ups, or work through connected tools. These are examples: each action needs an available capability, context, and authorization. This website chat only provides information; it does not execute those operations.

Read the source
How does it anticipate a problem?

It connects dates, commitments, and context to flag a deadline or risk before it arrives. For example, detecting a pending renewal and preparing a follow-up. This is not predicting the future: it requires current information and an enabled scope.

Read the source
What remains when an employee leaves?

The judgment that person contributed as organizational knowledge: decisions, reasons, and authorized sources. A replacement can consult that memory according to their role. The departing employee’s personal life or entire personal vault is not automatically transferred.

Read the source
What are the five Living Company levels?

EV-0: registered. EV-1: knows itself. EV-2: thinks. EV-3: operates with digital employees, permissions, and records. EV-4: anticipates within defined limits. These are maturity levels; showing them does not mean a company reaches the final level by creating an account.

Read the source
What is an evidence receipt?

A record of an operation and its verifiable context: what happened, who or what requested it, which permission enabled it, and when. Chained records help detect alterations. The animated website example is illustrative and should not be presented as a real transaction.

Read the source
Can each operation be verified?

Datta presents traceability of reads and writes as a core product feature. Records let you review operations and permissions. That does not automatically make every contributed fact true or replace an independent audit.

Read the source
Is an uploaded document already verified?

Not necessarily. A personal statement, information extracted from a document, and confirmation by an authorized source have different levels of support. Datta should preserve provenance and verification level rather than treat them as equivalent.

Read the source
What if two documents conflict?

The conflict needs context: dates, source, owner, and which decision is current. Datta aims to make that difference visible and request confirmation when judgment is missing. It should not choose a version solely because it was uploaded last.

Read the source
Who owns the data?

Your data remains yours. Datta holds and processes it to provide the service under its terms. Granting access does not transfer ownership. Other people’s data still has an owner; you cannot treat it as yours without a basis for doing so.

Read the source
Does Datta sell my data or show ads?

The published terms state that Datta does not sell data, run ads, or create hidden profiles. Its offer is based on plans and business services, with free context features according to the current pricing page.

Read the source
How does a permission work?

It defines what a connection may consult or do, its scope, and its duration. Nothing is shared by default, and you can revoke it. The Security page identifies single-turn consent for sensitive data as a feature in development.

Read the source
Does revoking access erase everything someone already saw?

Revocation cuts off future access within Datta’s controlled scope. It does not erase a screenshot, a previous export, or records a third party must legally retain. The applicable terms and policies explain the effects and limits.

Read the source
How is information protected?

The Security page describes encryption in transit and at rest, key custody separate from data, permissions, and access records. This should not be confused with an external certification or an additional cryptographic scheme that is not documented.

Read the source
Which country hosts my data?

Current public information places Datta-operated infrastructure in the United States. The platform is designed to be portable; that is not a guarantee of residency in any country from day one. Ask the team about specific business requirements.

Read the source
Is Datta independently audited or SOC 2 certified?

The Security page says an independent audit is not available yet. This assistant cannot claim SOC 2, ISO, or any other certification Datta has not published. Review the current status and discuss specific requirements with the team.

Read the source
Can I export my information?

Data export is part of the product and the published free offer. The goal is to let you leave without locking up your context. Check the available feature for the actual export format and scope; no specific format is promised without confirmation.

Read the source
Can I delete my account?

Yes, account closure and deletion are provided for within the product. The retention policy explains the cycle, backups, and applicable exceptions. This chat cannot identify you or execute deletion on your behalf; use your account or the designated rights channel.

Read the source
Can a minor use Datta?

The public terms state that the service is for people aged 18 and over. Do not assume a child account or parental-consent mode exists unless Datta publishes it.

Read the source
Can Datta staff freely read my information?

They should not have indiscriminate access. Access is subject to controls, permissions, and the Privacy policy. For a zero-access requirement or specific contractual guarantee, review the documentation and discuss it with the team; this assistant will not invent a technical guarantee.

Read the source
What does identity verification prove?

It supports that you are who you claim to be, according to the check performed. It does not guarantee creditworthiness, honesty, or absence of fraud. It is not a promise that someone is safe for every relationship or transaction.

Read the source
Do trust points rate my value as a person?

No. Verification concerns evidence supporting identity and data, not a person’s worth or a guarantee of behavior. No scoring formula is published here that would justify promising a specific result.

Read the source
How is an identity document verified?

Datta describes verification against the document, including chips in compatible passports and modern identity documents. Compatibility depends on the document and available flow. The biometric policy explains the applicable processing; do not upload an identity image to this chat.

Read the source
Do I own my contacts’ data?

No. The terms recognize that it belongs to the people concerned. Synchronization and the network have reciprocity and owner-control rules. Having a number in an address book does not grant unlimited permission to publish, enrich, or use it with AI.

Read the source
How much does Datta cost?

The public offer presents Lite as free for storing, connecting, and exporting context. Pro and Max add capabilities; pricing is announced after early access. Business contracts depend on scope. This chat cannot invent an unconfirmed numerical price.

Read the source
How do Lite, Pro, and Max differ?

Lite focuses on keeping your context and connecting your AI. Pro adds Datta’s own intelligence. Max points toward an assistant that works more continuously within boundaries; confirm availability and conditions in the current offer. Do not assume every tier is available during presale.

Read the source
How do I get early access?

Go to the For individuals page and request access through the form. Invitations go out in waves. A request does not guarantee an opening date, an activated account, or a charge; check the confirmation shown by the form.

Read the source
When will I receive my invitation?

There is no published guaranteed invitation date for each person. Access opens in waves. If you already registered, do not provide sensitive information here; you can ask the team through Contact.

Read the source
How do I book a business demo?

Open Book a demo, choose an available time, and complete the calendar flow. The published session lasts thirty minutes. Sharing this link does not create an appointment: a booking exists when the calendar confirms it.

Read the source
What should I bring to the demo?

No material is required in advance. If you want to see the journey with your sources, you may bring around five documents appropriate to share. Start with nonsensitive or anonymized material; the website chat is not a confidential-file upload channel.

Read the source
Are there business contracts and a data processing agreement?

The terms refer to the business services agreement, DPA, and applicable order form. Review those documents for scope, conditions, and obligations. This chat can guide you but does not replace the contract or accept terms on Datta’s behalf.

Read the source
Can I talk to a person?

Yes. Use Contact to send the team a question; for a business sales conversation, use Book a demo. This assistant works from public sources. If it cannot answer, it will say so instead of inventing an answer or promising a support response time.

Read the source
Can this chat see my account or vault?

No. It is an assistant for public information about Datta. It does not consult your vault, billing, personal requests, or other companies’ accounts. Do not send passwords, keys, identity documents, or confidential information.

Read the source
Can you book, register me, or delete data in this chat?

No. I can explain the process and link to the calendar, form, or rights channel. I do not execute bookings, payments, registrations, exports, or deletions. Confirmation must come from the system performing the operation.

Read the source
Which languages can I use?

You can ask in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, German, or Italian. The assistant answers in your language using the same sources. Current legal documents are published in Spanish and English; a translated explanation does not create a new contractual version.

Read the source
What if I cannot connect my AI?

Check that you have an invitation and a compatible client, then review connection permissions. If the issue persists, tell the team the tool name and describe the error without keys or private documents. Not every external plan is guaranteed to support the same flow.

Read the source
What if the calendar does not load?

Use the link on Book a demo to open the calendar in its own tab. If that also fails, send a question through Contact. Do not assume an appointment exists if the calendar did not show a confirmation.

Read the source
What if the assistant gives an incorrect answer?

Ask for the source and compare it with the current page. You can report the question and issue through Contact without private information. The assistant should acknowledge when it lacks a confirmed answer; fluency does not guarantee accuracy.

Read the source
How do I report a possible security issue?

Use the channel indicated on the Security or Contact page. Describe the issue without publishing credentials, other people’s data, or information enabling abuse. This chat cannot confirm that an incident has been investigated or resolved.

Does Datta replace a doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser?

No. Organizing context may help you prepare for a consultation, but it does not make this chat or AI the professional responsible for your case. For a specific medical, legal, or financial decision, consult a professional and do not share sensitive data here.

Questions
